The CRC (Community Restorative Centre) have been delivering services to people affected by the criminal justice system for 65 years. The organization believes that a strong team that feels valued and supported is the best team to work effectively with clients so they work hard to create an environment that is professional, respectful and culturally safe.
The future use of the building will receive new workforce and then will need to rearrange their interior spatial distribution to increase the performance and distribute hierarchically the best possible solutions for the building usage.
The project here presented sought to solve the spatial problems with solutions that improve the worker satisfaction, physical and mental health and create spaces that, more than assign a worker location, foster collaboration, creativeness and concentration.
